Because your pair is built for your exact foot — nothing comes off a mould. Your payment is protected, nothing is produced until José Luis measures you, and if it doesn't fit you get your money back. You are not taking a risk.

And if it still doesn't fit?

We remake it. If we still can't get it right, you get a full refund. The fit is the entire promise.
